Hi, I bougth a wifi router ARcher AX1500, but I'm facing two issues: the wifi connection works only very closely to router and the internet constantly loose the connections (a looping of the few minutes working, 15 seconds without connection).

 

I saw a lot of similar issues, but without any properly way to fix?

Hello, please help verify the below details and we will try to help you out:

 

May I know who is your ISP? What is the network bandwidth provided by your ISP?


When the internet drops on the AX1500, is the internet LED orange or green? Can you access its web interface at that time? If yes, what are the WAN IP address and default gateway?
