Firmware Version:

Hi, I'm Miho from Japan.
Thank you for your understanding in advance for my poor English and IT knowledge.

Situation right now...

. 2.4G and 5G of the body is lighting yellow , but

"WPS" connect "2" and "3" are lighting orange.

. As for AX50, 4 of 6 places are lighting yellow.

However, 2 places of right side are not lighting.

The connection would be fine and the explanation of app was all ok, so I have no idea what to do.....

Hope someone helps me.

Hello,

Do you mean the internet LED is orange on the AX50? If yes, there might be no internet connection on it, and below is a setup video for your reference to install your wireless router:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/setup-video/

But if you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:

BTW, who is your ISP? Ensure you have internet access when you plug your modem directly into the PC.

Thanks a lot.
