Hi,

Have been speaking with tech support from my ISP and they belive everything is set up correctly and the modem is just holding the settings.

I have fibre internet

The ISP's only requirements were a dynamic IP and VLAN ID to be set to 10.

We have done this multiple times and not getting anywhere. Cannot detect IP address :(

Have a toddler who needs cartoons and I'm trying to work from home..... Any suggestions welcomed at this point.....

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Below is a setup video for your reference to install your wireless router:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/setup-video/

But if you still failed, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions below to check your settings:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/1556/

BTW, who is your ISP? Ensure you have internet access when you plug your modem directly into the PC.
