Set up for extender

Purchased a extender as above but wifi on mobile will not connect. How do I set it up via computer?
I am not good with computers etc --Help.

Thank you very much for your patience.
If your computer supported Ethernet connection, please connect the computer via Ethernet cable to 850RE;
(If not, please look for the default Wi-Fi SSID like TP-Link extender_2.4ghz without any security and get connected first even through there is no internet on the default Wi-Fi;)
Then, please log in via http://tplinkrepeater.net ; (username and password are admin/admin)
After log in, please run the quick set up and choose the main router’s Wi-Fi as host network and input the password;
