While the download speeds are fine, the upload seems to cap at 20Mbps. For reference I was getting approx 500down 500up with isp router. This is over an ethernet connection. I have also tried via wireless but I get the same result.
Any suggestions?

This issue has since been resolved. I changed ISPs and the speeds are now great, 900 down 400 up approx which is what it should be. Thanks for the help.
