My model is AC1200 Archer C5

 

When I try to reset the router factory defaults, it's not stored to factory default. In the router not getting the full like quick, basic options.

 

Any one have stock firmware or same version firmware please share link to download latest firmware. 
 

Note: I gone through the official webpages, couldn't found firmware for this version

Can I have a screenshot of the device label which shows the region version of the C5 V4? According to your description, it seems that the hardware might be a customized version which is specially designed for the local ISP market, which may not be allowed to be upgraded to a generic firmware and the settings menu may be self-designed by the ISP as well, but we can confirm it first.

Yes, it’s a Archer C5 v4.0 model, and I got this device from ISP, But currently I’m not using this connection from that ISP. I can understand this is customized, in this pandemic I’m in different location. I’m unable to reach them and get help from them. Kindly understand my situation and help to resolve this issue. Kindly share the stock firmware link to download it

Is your Archer C5(ACT) provided by your ISP? If that is the case, I guess the firmware is customized by them already, you will need to contact them for further assistance.
