After I connect the tp link to the power outlet...the light begins to blink, then it turns red once and then off. No solig green light appear an the extender is poeer on. I already reseted it and still does the same. Can anybody give me feedback please!

May I know how long have you had the RE360 and when did the issue start?

And where are you located?

Could you please tell me which one had a red light? Is it the WPS light？how about other lights?

Did you set up the RE360 via WPS button?
