Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 1.0.14

Most of the time I cannot see my Toshiba 1TB external hard drive on my Archer AC7. I have it plugged into the USB port of the router. I have seen it in the past and been able to open it to view files, etc.

Help? Thanks
