SOrry ,can someone explained why isp blocked the mac address on router or pc device mac address???.WHY PC CLONING SOLVE THE PROBLEM??

As far as I know, some ISP's line or modem may bind or remember the registered MAC address, which is mostly the first PC that connects to it, and it will ignore others, thus we need to clone that PC's MAC address to the router WAN to do the trick.
