Deco and tapo inconpatiability

Hi, just setup a deco mesh and then bought a tapo p100. Can't connect to the tapo through the deco app. Checked this forum and seems like it is incompatible. When is there going to be a single app to control all devices?

May I know where did you find the Tapo P100 is incompatible with the Deco network? As far as I can tell, they should be compatible. If you cannot add your Tapo P100 to the Deco network, please verify some details and we will try to work it out:
1. What is the model number of your Deco device? Ensure the Deco firmware is up-to-date.
2. When you try to add the Tapo P100 to the Deco network, which step did you get stuck with? Here are the troubleshooting suggestions you may have a look:

Note: show us the screenshot on your Tapo app. BTW, ensure you are running the latest Tapo app on your phone as well.
However, if you are referring to the Smart Action of the Deco, I'm afraid Tapo is not in the compatibility list yet, and it is suggested to wait for the new firmware updates.
