Port forwarding issue
Port forwarding issue
Hi,
trying to set port forwarding on my new Deco X20.
Following the instruction, I am able to set the external port, I can select the IP adress to forward to, say 192.168.1.150
However, after saving these settings and going back from the menu, going back to check the configuration, the IP adress has changed to 192.168.0.150
This does me no good or am I just not getting this?

Does the beta firmware work for the X20 also? If so, please send so I can get the port forward to work on my X20.

Hi, There is no beta firmware for Deco X20-V2-1.0.9 yet.
But Could you please help me check the following details:
What is the subnet mask under Deco APP>More>Advanced>IPV4?
Would changing the subnet mask to 255.255.255.0 fix the issue temporarily?
