House with big wall and 2 separate electric networks
Hi,
I am moving in a new house that has 2 separate areas separated by a thick wall that doesn't let wifi through.
I thought of using my deco p7 to carry the network over the power lines, but it seems that the house has 2 separate power circuits as well, so the 2 areas are completely independant powerwise.
I was wondering if I could use 2 deco devices connected over ethernet to bring the network from one area to the other.
It would look like this:
(cable) | cable modem | | (ethernet) | main deco | | (power line 1) | 2nd deco | | (ethernet) ====|============== < big wall and power separation | 3rd deco | | (power line 2) | 4th deco
Would that work?
Thanks
