No LED light coming on after an hour plugged in. Is it just broken?

Hi, sorry for the delay.

Have you changed to a different power socket to have a look

And there is a reset pinhole on the bottom of TL-WA850re, please hold it for 10s to do a factory reset;

 

After reset, if there is still no response, it might be broken.
