@Pam100

Good day.

I have seen that you posted two different threads, one is for A9, the other is for 850RE.

And it seemed like the smart TV failed to connect neither of them, right?

Or they are connected, but you are not able to stream Netflix video programs?

In order to get mode details, could you please also help me get more details:

Is the smart TV connected via Wi-Fi, or Ethernet cable?

Was there any error message when they failed to connect?

 What is the model number of your smart TV?

Have you tried to change the wireless advanced settings on the A9, such as: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2292/

Thank you very much.

@Solla-topee

Hello

I have both of those above mentioned TP-Link items.

I bought the extender as my present router is old and was provided by my wifi provider. I cannot set up the extender as it requires me

to press the WPS button which the existing router does not have.

I then purchased the new router, but not being very technical (I am 79 years old), I cannot set it up. I need to do this as my old router will

not connect to my TV (not a smart TV). I have a new Foxtel IQ4 box and that was where the trouble started. It will not connect to the wifi.

The previous box IQ3 connected but the new one doesnt.  I have no streaming services.....Very frustrating.... I cant keep buying equipment

that doesnt work. Foxtel cant seem to help, nor can my wifi provider.
