Deco S4 no parental controls shown on app?

Hi there
recentky purchased the s4 with 3 units to use as a WiFi extending. My friend who has the m4 who uses it for the same informed me of the parental controls on the app and showed me the how 2 guide. Well my app doesn't have this and I'm baffled as to why. Can anyone assist?

The Deco S4 with the latest firmware supports Parental Control, please check the below link:

However, if you cannot find the setup menu, please check if your Deco system runs as an Access Point. On the Deco APP, please tap “More “on the bottom right corner then go to “Advanced”, where you will see the working mode.
There are some differences when Deco is working as a router and as an Access Point, please refer to the article between for more details:

Hi, i used to have parental control and other extra fetures worked perectly since i installed few months back but suddenly parental control and other fetures are dissappeared from my app.
only showing me
ADVANCE - does not show me Access point setting nor routher mode setting only showing New device alerts and known device alerts
&
MANAGERS
What happend to my app?
