Is your Deco model M5? Is the main Deco M5 working as a router or as an Access Point?
Please ensure you are running the latest Deco firmware and confirm this website is not blocked via Parental Control or Antivirus on the Deco app.
BTW, you can also try to change the DNS server on the Deco network to a third-party one, such as Google's DNS server 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then restart the Deco system and confirm.
