How to access features like address reservation and port forwarding via web ui?

Hello,
Sorry to tell you that there is no option on the web interface that allows you to set the address reservation or port forwarding, which can only be achieved via the Deco app.
While we can feedback to our R&D department and then they will work on and evaluate the feasibility.

@Saurabh_S yes I know it can't be accessed via web ui. This is a basic needs and should be allowed. What can we do to ask tp-link include in next firmware release.
