wifi extender

Hi i just changed my WiFi provider leaving sky to join talk talk and im having trouble resetting my extender and setting up to the new Internet? Can anyone help with this ?

May I know the model number of your range extender?
One the left/right side of the extender, there is a reset pinhole and please hold it for 10s until all the lights turn on then off;
