Good day, Sorry for the delay.

Before the Qos was disabled, the internet connection would not drop out?

Except for the QoS, are there other change on the modem, like a new device joining in, or updated?

Died both the wireless connection(2.4ghz & 5ghz) and Ethernet cable connection get very unstable?

 

Please refer to the following instruction:

  1. Update the firmware to be the latest one: ArcherVR600(EU)_V2_200701

  1. Change the wireless channel:
