Model: TL-MR6400
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.16.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 191223 Rel.66638n

Hi, I have an IP camera connected by POE to a LAN port, but it is not working.

I tried the same ipcamera on an older TP Link router (TD W8970) and it is working fine.

My TL M4 6400 is fairly new. Is there a way to get the LAN port working for the ip camera?

Thanks

@Seanog

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Was the IP camera not able to get internet service, or you could not remote view the camera?

Have you set up the static IP address on the camera or what is the current IP address on the camera, and is it the same IP range as the laptop?

Have you ever checked with the camera support or did you still remember if there is any special setting need to be done for camera?

Thanks a lot.

@Seanog   I tested the LAN  ports of the TL-MR 6400, using a laptop to connect to internet by ethernet  cable and it does work correctly.

But the IP camera connected by POE ethernet definitely doesn't work. *BUT* it does work on the older TD W8970 router. Any ideas?

Thanks
