Slow download speeds
I just hooked my router back up after moving. I'm now using xfinity and I am only able to get 91 down out of my 600 plan while hardwired into the router. But going right into my modem I am able to get 600+. I've tried using the beta firmware. Restarting both multiple times. Changed QoS. The only thing I haven't done is a full factory reset on my router. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, which beta firmware have you tired on the C5400X?
Ensure the cable between the C5400X and your xfinity modem is good, try with another cat5e or cat6 cable if necessary.
Please log into its web interface, confirm if there is a status for the Internet Negotiation speed:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2472/
Note: We can get to the Advanced->Network->Internet->Internet Port Negotiation Speed, then change it from Auto-Negotiation speed to 1000Mbps Half Duplex to give it a try.
As for the QoS, try to manually set it to the bandwidth provided by xfinity and ensure it is on the Standard mode.
May it help.

@Kevin_Z So my internet port is only 100Mbps Full Duplex. How would I change that? I dont see it under Advanced->Network->Internet->Internet Port Negotiation Speed. I only see IPv4 MAC Clone and WAN Aggregation. Ive used multiple cables.

Hi, you may confirm if you can find the Internet Port Negotiation Speed Setting on System Tools-System Parameters, ensure it is on 1000Mbps Full Duplex.
BTW, ensure the cable between the C5400X and your computer is good, try with another cat5e or cat6 cable if necessary.

@Kevin_Z Ive tried CAT5e and 2 CAT6 cable and same thing. I found the setting and changed it to 1000Mbps but when I do it says the WAN is unplugged. Ive rebooted the router and modem after changing the settings and still says WAN is unplugged. If I change it back to 100Mbps it gets a connection again. Ive done a factory reset and tried to change it to 1000Mbps. Same thing.
