Model: Deco M5
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5

Hi,

I bought the Deco M5 2 packs yesterday. I've already setup and everything's working fine except that I am not able to join to 5GHz on my devices.

My MacBook Pro also would not connect to 5GHz unless I change it's region to US.

I'm from Myanmar, but the Deco sold here are from the US. Before using Deco, on my previous router, I could change the channel so that my devices can use 5GHz.

But with Deco, it is broadcasting at Channel 40 and there is no option to change channel so all of my devices are stuck on 2.4GHz.

I would like to request for the feature that would allow users to change channels.

@Sezin

Hello, currently, the Deco M5 5G only works on band 1 and it doesn't support band 4 channels. I have sent you a PM, please check and confirm.
