Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 191219 Rel.51831n (6985)

I dont know why this repeater so hard to have internet connection on windows 10, the error message from windows is cant configure ip address. The ip address is automatically, sometimes I can connect to internet with several attempts reconnecting the ssid.

From my android phone no issue. only on windows 10.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Could you please help me check the model number and system info of your windows 10 computer?

Have you tried to set up the static IP address on the computer to see if it could make a connection?

Would the computer work well with the home router?

And is there any access control or mac filtering on the home router?

Recently we’ve released the newest firmware online for TL-WA855RE V5 on our official website which is 200923, and we’ve got a lot of updates here:

It’s recommended to upgrade to the new firmware following the instruction How to upgrade the firmware of my range extender (new logo)? as soon as possible, and you can get the new firmware from the below address:
