I can't connect to AC1750 extenders 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

I can't connect to AC1750 extenders 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. My router is Huawey. Internet provider Tele2. The 5 GHz Wi-Fi is working, but other devices is using 2.4 GHz and can't detect 5 GHz.

Is your model number RE450?
And did the 2.4ghz and 5ghz all lit up?
Some devices are only 2.4ghz compatible, so are all your mobile devices supported both 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

In this way, it is normal for some devices are not able to detect the 5ghz;
And what are the devices that failed to connect the 2.4ghz? and is there any error message?
Did they work fine with other 2.4ghz networks?
