WIFI issue
Hello,
I have issue that Router's WIFI got hang and can't access anything even the router page through different devices.
While this happening i tried from my mobile data to access my router through TPLINK application and i could access it via Cloud.
And it shows that the router can access the ISP.
I already contacted my ISP and nothing wrong from their side.
When i disabled the WIFI and enabled it , it worked and i could access the internet.
So clearly there something wrong with WIFI.
It has the latest firmware.
Note: I tested my internet with another router and i didn't face any issue.
Kindly help

Good day,
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
Have you tried to change the wireless channel and channel width about the 2.4ghz, such as channel 11 and channel width 20mhz?
Could you please also check the IP address on the devices when the 2.4ghz hang and try to ping the gateway 192.168.1.1 to check the connection as well;
And may I know how many devices are connected to the 2.4ghz?
Thanks a lot.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
May I know where are you located and how long have you had the modem?
And when did the issue start?
Did both 2.4ghz and 5ghz have the same issue?
When the Wi-Fi got hang, how about the Ethernet connection and did it still work well?
Thanks a lot.

Hello @Sunshine ,
Thank you for your reply.
I am located in Egypt and i bought the modem 11 months ago hardware version 1.2.
The issue started 3 months ago , and i sent it to the technical support of Tp-link and they said we updated the firmware and test it because it was working with us.
The issue was disappeared for few days and then begun again as it randomly appears , but these days it happen many time per day.
Yesterday i tested the 5Ghz and it was working fine but low signal while the 2.4 GHz has issues until it turned the 2.4 GHz WIFI off and enabled again.
I don't have option to test with Ethernet but when I reconnect again after restarting the 2.4 Ghz WIFI or through 5 Ghz i see the internet working only the 2.4 Ghz hang.
Stay Safe,
Best Regards.

Dear @Sunshine
I tried to put the WIFI on channel 11 40mhz 3 days ago and it working fine till now.
Thank you very much.
Regarding the connected devices it max 5 devices.
May I know the root cause of the issue why it seems solved by putting the channel 11 instead of Auto.
