RE300 new firmware

Greetings. When there will be a new firmware for RE300? Тhere are still problems with the pass trough of dhcp on the main router. In this forum I read about the option to run dhcp with different scope, but RE300 does not have a dhcp server. At this point, the repeater is meaningless unless you are working with static ip.

May I know the model number of your home router? And Did the DHCP server on the RE300 always stay active or just randomly enabled itself?
There are several feedbacks about this issue with some specific brands of routers and our engineers are working on it but with very little clues and really sorry for the delay.

My main router is Asus RT-AX56U. RE300 acts as dhcp on random. Some of my wifi devices gets RE300 as gateway. My Wifi config is:
Asus main runs as dhcp server: 192.168.50.1 - also this is the gateway in dhcp
Re300: static ip - 192.168.50.2 - some devices gets that IP for gateway

I got offered new firmware for RE300 through the Tether app last month.
It is version 1.0.6 Build 20201116 Rel 53992
It is working well and is passing through DHCP requests to my router (Zyxel VMG1312-B10D) that is running the only DHCP server on my LAN.

My only observation with the new v1.0.6 firmware is that the RE300 seems to be DHCP requesting every day, when I have my Zyxel VMG1312-B10D router setup with a DHCP Lease time of 3 days.

Other that this fairly cosmetic issue, which might also be with my router (I have not done Wireshark on it), I am very happy with the RE300 as a range extender over the past 9+ months.
- It has given me good 2.4GHz and 5GHz performance connected to my Zyxel router that has only 2.4 GHz.
