I am able to plug the device and connect to its own wifi network but cannot connect to it through the app. "Not on the same subnetwork".

 

It is plugged to RJ45 ethernet and I tried connecting using both home network and device network.

May I know the model number of your range extender?

And how about the hardware and firmware version？

Did you mean it is connected to the router via Ethernet cable?

If possible, can I have a picture of the error message?
