Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.4 Build 20200512 rel.51608(4555)

As i have brought the TP LINK ARCHER C6 on 26th August 2020 but from 08th October 2020 iam unable to connect to the second bandwidth that is 2.4GHZ speed but the signal strength is showing fine. I am unable to connect to this network either through smartphone or Laptop or Ipad any devices. I am now getting the upgrade of the firmware option, I would like to know whether i need to upgrade the firmware or how it is...?

Hello, thanks for reporting the issue to the community, can I have more details then our engineers can try to investigate further?
1. All wireless devices cannot connect to the 2.4GHz network, what is the error message? Try to modify the wireless settings on the Archer C6 first, such as wireless name, wireless password, wireless channel, channel width, which would help in some cases:

2. How about the 5GHz connection, is it still working fine?

3. Is your C6 a US version or an EU version? If there is a new firmware for it, you may update it first and check if the 2.4GHz will work. Here is the guide to upgrade the firmware:

Thank you very much for your patience again~
