Hi,
Try the below steps to reset it:
1. type in the router login domain or IP address//agileconfigreset in the address bar of the browser, such as 192.168.1.1/agileconfigreset.
2. If you see "200 OK", that means the trigger is active, then press and hold the reset button on the C20 until all lights flash, this will reset and restore all the settings on it.
May this help~

Hi,
How can I reset a TL-WR850N with a failed AgileConfig upload.
When I set the the AgileConfig just the Logo changed, but I can't access to the router, my password doesn't work and the default password doesn't work.

TL-WR850N seems a customized version for the local ISP market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by your ISP. It is suggested to contact your ISP to check the configuration.

Yes, I'm working for my ISP and we have a customized firmware. When I set the configuration in TL-WR850N the AgileServer showed an error and the files were not applied to the router. Now I can't access with my password or the factory password (admin, admin). I tried using the reset button but I still don't have access.
What can I do?
I stopped using AgileServer because the same thing happened to me with several routers, now I can't use them.
