@Hansturbo

Hi, thanks a lot for the verification.

How about changing the WAN DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot the AX6000 and reconnect to its Wi-Fi?

Hi, where does it show this "sign in to wifi network" message? When you try to connect to the AX6000 wireless network or anywhere else? Please show us a screenshot, thanks.

Hi, thanks very much for the quick reply.

As per the screenshot you attached, it seems that you are connected to a portal Wi-Fi, are you sure you are connected to the AX6000 network? Please login to its web GUI and confirm the internet settings, ensure you have all the settings correct based on the information provided by your ISP.

BTW, who is your ISP? What kind of connection type provided? Please show us the status page of the AX6000, especially the WAN status, thanks a lot.

Hi @Hansturbo, thanks again for your info.

Do you have any other phone or laptop? Are they showing the same message when connected to the AX6000 network?

BTW, what is the model and OS version of this phone?

@Kevin_Z hi kevin thanks for  the reply. Yes i have 2 Android phones android version is 10 see attached. I have a 2 laptops which is latest version of windows 10 too. Somehow even the router turns to red and says "sign in to wifi network" i just need to click "dont show this message again" then i can use the internet again. But in the tether app it says my router is not connected to the internet. I'm not sure if this is a bug but this happens to both my ax50 and ax6000.

@Kevin_Z hi Kevin it's been over a week now and changing the DNS server did the trick. I don't get the "sign in to wifi network" error anymore. Thank you! Just one more thing, i have noticed that when i am doing speed tests, my ax50 seems to be faster than my ax6000 though they are connected to same modem. I have noticed this difference in speed long before the "sign in to wifi network" error. (SpeedTest is done by connecting just 1 device to the router) please see screenshot: Top is ax50 and bottom is ax6000.
