I have to connect to the WiFi "TpLink_Extender", and then I have to go on a random browser page and the setup page will appear. But no, because my Extender has no Internet connection, so I cannot search anything on the browser. Also, if I try to setup the Extender from the Thether app, it tells me to connect to the wifi, but then it tells me that's impossible because it has no Internet Connection. What should I do?

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Actually, there is no need for internet service to log into the http://tplinkrepeater.net or 192.168.0.254;

Since it is a local server, as long as the device is connected to the extender’s Wi-Fi(it doesn’t matter you have internet or not and you are supported to have no internet since we haven’t set up), you are able to log into the set up page;
