Model: Adapter
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 121121 Rel.08870

I'm using TP-Link TD-W8901N at home but the model is not in the form above!

The problem is that I cannot ping or access other devices connected to WIFI. There is two Laptops and two Phones. All has Destination Host Unreachable error. I tried to factory reset the device and tried with default settings but no success...

Is there any settings I missed?

@Rostamiani

Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Sorry for the delay.

May I know where are you located and how long have you had the devices?

Have you checked the IP addresses and default gateway on the clients?

Are you able to ping the LAN IP 192.168.1.1?

After reset, on the default mode, if you connected the two laptops via Ethernet cable to the 8901, are they able to ping each other?

Thanks a lot.

@Brook

Thanks for your rapid response smiley

I'm in Iran and own this modem for more than 4 years.

I can ping 192.168.1.1 but cannot test using lan. Because I don't have any ethernet cable right now.

This is the network configurations of my phone:
