TD-VG3631 voip and manage problem

We have found problems of inaccessibility voip after several days of operation of the machine, call can be made from the fxs but if someone call us on the public number still unreachable; if we restart router everything goes ok for few hour/day.
We also found that if we enable QoS management from the remote is lost and isn't fixed with the last fw.

it's impossible, the device will register to the VOIP server every some minutes, so i think you can see it from the log..
also if it can't register, you can see it also .

I give to the support a lot of log; now they are testing it with some our numbers

I'm having the same problem, sometimes I can't call out, most of the time no-one can call in. If i log in to the router, it says sip is up. If i go into any voice related configuration page and then close the web interface everything works fine. A few hours later and it is messed up again.
I have checked all the settings with Faktortel and they are all correct.
The voip messes up faster if I have 2 VoiP lines and 2 phones connected.
Since having VoiP included in the modem/router rather than in the linksys ata was the whole point of buying this device, I feel like I've been ripped off big time...... Was this even tested before it went to market?
Yes I have the latest firmware and before the stupid questions start, I'm a computer tech and have no trouble manually configuring a modem/router/wifi/voip. I've never run into a problem like this one though.

IGMP Snooping is enabled by default.
Fix the problem that the default 8/35 bridge rule can't be added in the group.
Fix the problem that call-in-progress breaks off in EWAN mode.
Fix the problem that port 7547 can be accessed even though CWMP is disabled.
Fix the problem that the phone number can't be less than 2 characters.

with firmware TD-VG3631_V1_130413 now voip seems work with italian voip provider, we are under test but seems fine. No in&out call was lost. Great Job.
