We have found problems of inaccessibility voip after several days of operation of the machine, call can be made from the fxs but if someone call us on the public number still unreachable; if we restart router everything goes ok for few hour/day.
We also found that if we enable QoS management from the remote is lost and isn't fixed with the last fw.

I agree. I tried again last night with modem and after 30 minutes the phone and wifi stopped working, after 45 minutes the web interface stopped responding and after about one hour the DSL dropped too. I was using Ethernet to configure and connect to the device.
Frustrating.

Still no firmware update? This is rubbish, I've paid good money for a router that does not stay responsive for more than 1 hour.
After 1 hour I lose access to web interface, access to Internet, access to VOIP, I can however ping the device.
This is true from both wired and wireless devices at the same time.

I contacted them and they got me to reboot and check I had latest firmware. Not able to help at all.
They did say they are working on new firmware version but had no timelines. Said to watch this site for updates.

They have published a firmware in April, why don't you pay attention to their official website?

I use the firmware version 130413, and the VoIP works well, do you use this version of firmware?

To be clear, this is not a VOIP problem per se. The entire modem is unresponsive, no management, no Internet, no VOIP.
