tp-link AC1750 RE450 connects to router, no internet connection

Setting up all three ways of set up ends with the same results... finds my original network, connects, rename extended network....then nothing.
When you connect to the network, it says there is no internet connection. I have read the tread where you match up IP address from the router and use a static IP instead of Dynamic, however, this did nothing for me. Im at a loss. All of a sudden it began working and worked on its own for about a week and now it doesn't do anything anymore. Owned for a month, have only had extended network for 1 week.
Router info : tp-link TL-WR841N V14 Firmware: 0.9.1.4.16 v007c.0

After setup, will you see the 2.4hz lit up all the time even though there is no internet?
If possible, please also refer to the following instruction:
- Change the wireless channel on the TL-WR841 to be channel 11 for 2.4ghz
- Reserve the IP address on the 841N for RE450;
- When the device stopped working, could you please help me check the IP address and gateway?
- And please also try to ping the gateway to check the connection;
By the way, may I know where are you located?
