After a month old  our 450 extender keeps dropping every 2 hours so we need to restart it to turn back the connection. The device properly connected to the main router (blue) with 5ghz. There are only 2 devices occasionally connected main and one in extender (mobile). We have the highest net subscription and no issue when connected to direct router. The seller carphone acc would not mind replaxlcing this. How are supposed to replace this? Is this defective?

Sorry for the delay.

May I know where are you located?

Did you only set up the 5ghz with the home router?

Have you try to set up both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz, then enabled the high speed mode so that it would use one band to communicate with the router, and use the other with the clients;

and please also update the firmware of the extender to be the latest one;
