Unable to connect to the internet . It shows that it connects to the router it can't distribute internet

Did the signal light lit up on the 855RE?
Since I noticed the DHCP server was auto on and it was supposed to be off, so if possible, please refer to this link to manually configure the DHCP server:

Where can I change the DHCP.
I don't have the same setting as the example you send. Please see picture. I don't know where I can adjust it.

Did the RE and signal lights lit up on the 855RE?
You might need to choose use the following IP address and set up a static IP address for 855RE;
Such as if the router is 192.168.1.1, then RE would be 192.168.1.2; subnet mask 255.255.255.0; gateway 192.168.1.1;
By the way, what is the current hard and firmware version of TL-WA855RE?
If it is V4, please update the firmware to "191213" and later version;
