Hi guys,

Im having trouble connecting my Samsung TV to 5Ghz network (tv support it)

One of the solutions i saw online are changing the channels to higher number (around 150)

but my channel range is 36-48.. is somthing wroing here?

how can I raise the range?

please help

Hello, 

May I know the region code of your Archer VR600 V2, AU, EU, Uk, or UN?

For the AU version, it is only support band 1(channel 36-48);

And where are you located?

If you change the channel to 48, is smart TV able to connect the 5ghz?

If still now, would there be any error message?

Im located in Israel,

also, im not sure how to validate the region.

 

Im pretty sure that I was able to connect my TV to 5ghz when I bought it - but now im not able to do so..

so im trying to understand what changed.
