I tried to set DNS but it didn't help. These settings aren't getting saved.
Internet works perfectly I connect to Modem, but if I connect Master Deco to the modem - it shows a red indicator and Error Code: Unable to connect to the Internet. Tried to Reset - it didn't help either
If I connect Deco to another modern (xFinity) - it works fine.

Hi, thanks for the update, please try the below suggestions:
1. Ensure the internet is working fine when the computer is connected to the Netgear Cm600 directly, then disconnect the cable from the computer and put it into the main Deco M5.
2. Power off the Netgear Cm600 and remove the coaxial cable from it, wait for 10 minutes.
3. Turn on the modem and ensure it is properly restarts.
4. Put back in the coaxial cable.
If there is still no internet on the Deco M5, it is strongly suggested contacting the ISP who provides you the Netgear Cm600 to check if there is any MAC binding on their side, unbind it if there is one, then restart both the modem and main Deco M5 again.
BTW, who is your ISP?
