Hi 

 

I have just purchased a Deco M5 kit, so far only installed the one to see how it works, 

 

However on the interna speed test im getting a max download of around 50mb and my upload is 900mb 

 

I have a 900 mb line and if i connect direct to the model the speed is fine 

 

any idea's on what to do ?

Hi, thanks for asking.

 

Please refer to the below troubleshooting to check the QoS settings on the Deco app and ensure it is on the Standard mode:

If this doesn't work, please try with different cat6 or cat7 cables between the modem and Deco, then check how it goes.

The intial problem seems to be a lot better now 

 

however I am getting multiple crashes of the deco system it does not appear to stay stable 

 

Is there anything i should be doing to stop this ?

Hello, can you confirm what does it mean by crashes? Does it mean the internet will drop or the Deco just freeze? These might be different issues?
