@nekdaddy

As they say: Misery loves company...

TP-Link needs to do better than this.

@boyne

I'm wondering if they're facing some massive technical or organisational issue.  Case in point: they announced the Deco X90 and 96 in January 2020.  The X96 isn't available yet, and the X90 is slowly trickling in. In the IT world that's an eternity. The AX11000 onemesh firmware update was promised ages ago and that's nowhere to be seen.

Sounds like some wider deep set issues within the organisation than just one issue with one router. Disappointing - and if they only ever introduce the onemesh feature with the AX206 to force an upgrade that will be the end of my relationship with TP-Link.

@Sqfg

I couldn't agree with you more except I am done purchasing TP-Link products as of now. When my network needs to replaced, I won't be using TP-Link products anymore.

Shame, the AX11000 is a decent router, but I like many, many users here, need the OneMesh feature. I purchased this router ~1 year ago and absolutely nothing has materialised in regards to OneMesh in that time.

Very, very disappointed and extremely frustrated with the non-answers and runaround.

Where is the new firmware in terms of development?

When will it be released?

We've been waiting for a very long time.

Agreed - where the heck is this update? It's March alreaady and last I checked that means Q1 2021 is ending... Pretty sad for something as "simple" as a firmware update to not be delivered on timewise. Don't you realize that you'd sell MORE AX11000s if they actually had OneMesh? It's a great router otherwise! Snappy and good features, good range and speed. Unfortunately, TERRIBLE support from the company in this case. Deplorable really - and the funny thing is that all of us will be happy as peaches as long as a stable firmware with OneMesh is released... help us help you.

Well, I agree with you but once again I must ask:

Where is the new firmware in terms of development?

When will it be released?

We've been waiting for a very long time.

@Locuaz16

Hi, we hope you could spend some time on the Onemesh survey, then we will better understand your requirements, thank you:

This is absolutely bloody unacceptable. Where is the Onemesh Firmware for the AX11000?

It's been a year of deception, non-answers and BS.

So, once again, where is the bloody OneMesh firmware for the flagship AX11000 that cost us a i

kings ransom?

It's been a year of deception, non-answers and BS.... and me giving up......

Bye bye tp-link. Typing this from my just set up yesterday ASUS GT-AX11000 + 2 XT8 nodes in aimesh configuration.

Can't say they didn't have their chance. I've got a TP-Link AX-11000 which i think will now do quite nicely as a paperweight.

@Sqfg

I'm done with TP-Link too. Will never buy another product from such a shifty, duplicitous unethical company.

Shame, the AX11000 is a decent router, just needs better firmware.
