Lan connected but internet is not working

Did the wireless connection work well?
Are you able to get the IP address from the Ethernet connection and how about also ping the gateway to have a test？
At the back of the Archer VR1600v, which port is connected to the internet service provider, the DSL port, or the WAN port?
Did all the 4 LAN ports fail to provide internet service?
