@NPN

Hi, Sorry for the delay.

Have you already replaced this Deco X60?

If not, you could run one more test:

1. unplug the other two Deco X60s, only leave this one;

2.set it up as the main Deco in AP mode and turn off the 2.4ghz;

3.then check the 5ghz signal strengthen and speed over the Note 10+ phone;

--if the signal is very weak and speed is quite slow, I am afraid that this Deco needs to be replaced.

Thanks a lot for your time and patience.

Wait for your reply.

@TP-Link

Hi,

I already made this check, exactly as you described.

The rezult was that, my phone and my laptop did not connect at all on 5GHz network.

I sent the kit for RMA, and it was confirmed that the unit was defective. Unfortunately the shop did not replaced the Deco X60 kit, and prefered to make a refund.

I bought form other shop the same kit (3 pack Deco X60) and I repeated every test described initially. everything it is OK now, with the new kit.

So, it seams that I had bad luck with my initial Deco X60.

@TP-Link I am also facing the same problem and also ran the test that you suggested and the results are the same (not working).

Please suggest how I can get my faulty unit replaced?
