Have you tried to change the 5GHz wireless channel on the nighthawk netgear router. model c7000-100NAS? It is suggested to try different 5GHz channels and see if this PC can find it.

Hello, you may try to install a Wi-Fi analyzer, scan for the wireless networks around you, then try to choose a clearer one among 36/40/44/48 on your Netgear nighthawk c7000-100NAS router.
