@lev22885

Hello, are you remotely upgrading the router firmware? I'm afraid this is not allowed as there are risks of damaging the router.

It is suggested to try the firmware upgrade when you can connect to the router network locally, thanks.

Hi, thanks for getting back quickly.

Can I have a screenshot of the bottom label? Is your C59 a EU version or US version?

Hi, just to confirm, where did you get this 1.0.1 Build 20180226 rel.49439(5255) version firmware? As we can only find the latest firmware version for the C50(RU) 1.0 is as below:

https://www.tp-link.com/ru/support/download/archer-c59/v1/#Firmware

@Kevin_Z I wrote to tp-link support with the problem that I had wi-fi, they offered to download this firmware. And I installed. And the problem seems to be eliminated. But other problems arose. Therefore, a firmware rollback is required

@lev22885

Hello, thanks a lot.

If that is the case, it is strongly suggested contacting the engineer who sent you this beta firmware directly, I think he will be able to help with the downgrade or other issues.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z The fact is that this firmware was sent to me in a dialogue on the tp-link website. And I don't know which engineer sent it to me

@lev22885

If that is the case, you may try to describe the issue you encountered now, and we will see if we can help with that. But please be aware that this C59 v1 is really quite old, we cannot guarantee we will be able to work it out as there is no newer firmware available, thanks in advance.

@Kevin_Z I understand that it is impossible to rollback the system to an older one?
