Firmware Version: 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel. 77820

My S4 system works wonderfully well in my house. For personal reasons I had to shut down the system a week ago, but when I've restarted the system, the Deco app occasionally cannot connect to the S4 system. It just asks me to Try Again. If I leave it a minute or so it connects, but I cannot use Notifications or Connection alerts. It seems like the Deco app has lost linkage with the S4 system. How can I re-link it?

it's fixed. I reset both Decos and installed the network from new.  It only took five minutes.

Hello, may I have your TP-Link account of the Deco system? You may send it to me via PM, thanks.

 

Is the internet still working when you connect to the Deco network? Try to log out your TP-link account on the Deco app and relogin, then confirm.

 

What is the detailed network layout, how are the Deco S4s connected to each other? Are all the Deco units still showing solid green lights? Try to reboot the whole system and confirm.

@Vanellus I have sent you a pm regarding the Deco account

 

The system connects to the internet fine, performance is excellent.

 

I use 2 Deco S4s in a mesh network connected to an ISP (Virgin Media) supplied router running in modem-only mode. All routing is handled by the Main Deco.

 

I have logged out and back in.

 

If I tap on Connection Alerts I get "Couldn't load Connection Alerts" "Tap to Retry"

If I try to switch off Notifications, they are switched back on immediately by the app.

All other functions seem to work ok in the app. I can Port Forward, change DNS settings, I get Notifications when a new device joins the network etc.
