My Iphone tells me my TP-Link_F2D8 connection has weak security (even though I set up my own strong password for the Archer A7) and tells me configure the router to use WPA-2 (AES) or WPA3 security type.  But I can't figure out how to do this.  I've logged in to TP-Link, clicked on Advanced, and clicked on Security, but can't find a way to  proceed from there.

@Monteverdi

Hello,

The Archer A7 doesn't support WPA3, and below is the WPA3 compatibility list for your reference:
https://www.tp-link.com/wpa3/compatibility/

This issue you mentioned is that iOS14 and some new operating systems consider other than the latest WPA3 and WPA2 AES to have security issues. It is suggested to modify and change the wireless security on the Archer A7 to WPA2-PSK, AES and your network will be encrypted with better security. Below is the guide you can refer to:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2943/

Good day.
