Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version:

Hello I have several years TP-Link model TL-WDR4300 paired with settopbox VU ZERO 4K... Everythink works fine. I changed old model to Archer AX10 (updated to newest firmware automatically). But from that moment router cannot get IP address from VU (DHCP - ON). When I put back the old router all works without problems. Is there any setup to allow in configuration to to pair these two hardwares together?

Regards Jakub

Thanks for super late answer :) Problem was in the the cable. Probably mouse (animal) issue :))). but I still can't figure out why it worked with the old router and didn't work with the new one on the same bad cable. But all working fine now with wifi dongle. Regards Jakub

Hello, apologies for the super late reply.

Is the settopbox VU ZERO 4K connecting to the AX10 via cable or via Wi-Fi? Please ensure the settopbox VU ZERO 4K is obtaining IP address automatically from the router, you may need to check the settings on it.

Thanks a lot for the update, it's glad to know the issue was resolved by switching the Ethernet cable.
