Dear all,

Pls help me find a solution!!!

My pc can not find any modem that connect with lan port,i change cable,check the internet, and network card of my pc!!

Everything is ok!but i can not find it in CMD in ipconfig

I check interface setting, all ports are ok and DHCP is enable!

I can not find a way😔

May I have the model number of your TP-Link device first? And what do you mean you cannot find the modem? Do you mean you cannot login to its web interface page?
