Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 2.0.2

It's running a beta version of the firm ware as it began turning itself on and off for no reason, the beta software has stopped this.

However more recently the 5ghz band has been appearing for devices but upon connecting it then says no internet then dissapears completley. Is this an isp issue or router issue? Im led to belivie its router as the TP Link Dashboard says its working fine.

@Connorpz

Hi, apologies for the delayed response.

May I know if the 2.4Ghz is still working fine? If only the 5Ghz disconnects, try to modify the 5Ghz wireless settings, such as wireless channel and channel width, it is suggested to run a Wi-Fi analyzer to find a clear channel, then change the 5GHz channel width to 40MHz, reboot the router and reconnect to the wireless network, then confirm.

BTW, how many devices can connect to the 5Ghz network when it is working? Are all of them experiencing the issue at the same time?
